A proposed $30 million program to provide rebates to Coloradans looking to purchase an electric vehicle has been pared down to $5 million in a decision by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission this week.
The rebate program, which includes an income-test, will provide rebates of up to $5,500 for new EVs and $3,000 for used vehicles.
