Join this free informational event featuring remarks from Denver 7 news broadcaster Mike Nelson about his own EV experience
Drive Electric Colorado will be hosting a How You Can Afford an EV webinar on May 19th at 7 pm. This free virtual event is an excellent opportunity for Coloradoans interested in learning more about the process of purchasing and owning an electric vehicle and the financial incentives available. Mike Nelson, Denver 7 news broadcaster, will also join the webinar to speak about his own EV experience.
“We are very excited to host this webinar as it will be a great source of information for people at any point in their EV journey,” said Julia Davila, Drive Clean Colorado Communications and Engagement Manager. “We understand that there are many questions surrounding the process of not only purchasing, but owning and maintaining an EV, and we believe this webinar will provide answers to many of these questions to help people feel informed and confident in their decision when switching to an electric vehicle.”
This event will include a panel of Volunteer EV Coaches to answer questions related to EV affordability, and financial incentives and share helpful charging information and the environmental benefits of owning an EV. It will also include information from Xcel Energy, Black Hills Energy, Clean Energy Credit Union and Alpine Bank.
